Rosé all day!  This lovely, versatile wine comes from Marjorie & Stéphane Gallet of Roc des Anges. With ripe, Summery aromas of cooked peaches and  freshly-picked strawberries all supported by lifting acidity and a cool, mineral finish. Delicious!
